Freon 11 and Freon 113 are used to clean refrigeration circuits after compressor combustion and contamination of the circuit with carbon and harmful substances.
To perform the cleaning process, we follow the following:
1- Freon is recovered from the circle. Then separate the compressor from the unit and tighten its holes temporarily.
2- The Freon 11 cylinder is connected to the circuit from the side of the ejection line.
3- Receive the dirty materials at the end of the drawing line.
4- The cylinder is opened with its core upside down and the freon is pushed in batches, noting the color of the freon at the drawing line.
5- When noting the saturation of the freon color coming out of the drawing line, the F11 cylinder is closed.
6- In order to get rid of the circuit from F11, a dry nitrogen cylinder is installed in place of the F 11 cylinder.
7- Batches of dry nitrogen are made until we get rid of P11 in the circuit.
8- The oil is drained from the compressor and replaced with a new one (the same type and the same quantity)
9- The compressor is connected to the circuit, install a new dryer filter, leakage test, then charge the unit again
Dry nitrogen is used remotely to ensure that it is free of dirt and can be taken with it
Freon 22
I prefer cleaning Freon 11 directly with nitrogen, which is faster and more accurate, as nitrogen pressure is high
The nitrogen gas is pushed against the direction of the gas cycle in batches in a so-called flashing process
